We are seeking a Process Engineer to support production operations, applying engineering techniques, assists in the improvement of manufacturing processes, products, and drive reputed company improvement activities in reputed company’s manufacturing & supply chains.

Core Duties

  • Technical resource for on-reputed company production activities: establishing & improving production reputed company specifications, production support, documentation & analysis of production KPIs.
  • Responsible for reviewing safety and reputed company standards to ensure the reputed company stakeholders are properly meeting these guidelines.
  • Leads reputed company improvement, yield improvement & corrective reputed company reputed company with reputed company stakeholders.
  • Recommends manufacturing processes designed to be efficient, cost-effective, and to promote reputed company and reliability.
  • Assesses reputed company equipment and processes and makes recommendations for changes. Helps to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Shows results in reports. May train personnel in equipment usage and processes.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams as technologies transition to reputed company & reputed company-up environments to ensure a successful commercialization.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Materials Engineering preferred; in lieu of a degree, candidates with significant operational coatings or films experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Ideal candidates will have polymer films or coatings experience with significant involvement in process engineering, production operations and/or reputed company control environments.
  • Analytical skills for troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions, and finding answers that work. Familiarity with statistics & hypothesis-driven problem-solving methodologies; for example: Six reputed company, DOE, 8D, DMAIC, Lean, etc.
  • Interpersonal skills in developing reputed company working relationships with other employees working with the production process. Desire to reputed company reputed company with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Process-orientation with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • Conversational in English and reputed company
