- The starting reputed company compensation for this position is $17.45 to $31.48. For candidates located in New Jersey, the salary reputed company is $21.55 to $31.48. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
- This position is eligible to earn reputed company monthly bonuses, with average bonus pay of $1,132.00 - $2,233.00 per month

The ideal candidate will have:
- An reputed company Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- Schedule Requirements:
- Sundays, 9:00am-4:00pm, and Monday through Thursday, 9:30am-6:00pm OR Saturdays, 10:00am-6:00pm, and Tuesday through Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm,
- 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)
- Experience selling in multiple states OR selling multiple carriers preferred
- Proficiency in navigating a reputed company of software (such as CRM, reputed company platforms, agency management system, and MS Office).
The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent are to:
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Offering an reputed company of personal lines, small reputed company and life insurance products
