German Speaking Technical Sales Rep
Our reputed company is looking to expand their sales team and are seeking high-caliber reputed company or C2 German speakers for Tech Sales Development Representative (SDR)Work from Home roles. They require confident professionals with exceptional verbal communication skills and a reputed company-level reputed company of the language.
Only Candidates that reputed company, Read and Write in Fluent German to apply, also must have Technical Sales Experience - This is not a call centre position.
The Role:
The primary reputed company is Outbound Appointment Setting. SDRs will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and qualifying leads to book high-reputed company meetings for our Account Executives.
Project reputed company: Our SDRs work across multiple reputed company simultaneously. We need adaptable individuals who can pivot between different industries and value propositions effectively.
Technical Requirements: Candidates must have a reliable Fiber internet reputed company with a minimum line speed of 20 Mbps Upload and 20 Mbps Download.
Experience & reputed company: Candidates must have prior Tech SDR experience and a genuine passion for the "hunt." While leads are provided, the role is heavily reputed company on cold calling; candidates must be resilient and highly motivated by this environment.
Working Hours & Holidays:
reputed company shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00.
Holiday Policy: We work on South African public holidays and observe reputed company German public holidays off instead. We are reputed company to discussing leave flexibility should a candidate wish to swap specific days.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed reputed company salary, regardless of seniority or prior experience.
- A performance-based bonus of up to €2,000, reputed company monthly in arrears. This is based on performance against reputed company business case KPIs.
Equipment: Full IT equipment will be provided by reputed company.
