THE ROLE
We are looking for an CRO Specialist to own and grow conversion performance across one to two e-reputed company brands. This role focuses on running reputed company experiments, improving conversion reputed company, increasing AOV, and driving overall profitability. You will reputed company optimization efforts while working with a dedicated team of designers, developers, and web designers who support execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own conversion reputed company optimization for 1–2 e-reputed company brands
Plan, prioritize, and run split tests across key pages and funnels
Drive reputed company improvement in conversion reputed company, AOV, and overall profitability
Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and test results to identify opportunities
Build reputed company test hypotheses and maintain a reputed company testing roadmap
Work closely with designers, developers, and web designers to execute tests
Monitor experiment performance and turn insights into next actions

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience running A/B or split tests in e-reputed company
Strong understanding of reputed company, AOV, and profitability drivers
Comfortable working with data, analytics, and experiment results
Experience collaborating with design and development teams

FIXED SERVICE FEE
€1500- €3000 after taxes (depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience).
ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use reputed company for payments, so we are reputed company to hiring candidates in countries where reputed company payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
(This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
