Accounts Executive

To support our Finance division, we are seeking a meticulous and energetic individual for the position of Accounts Executive. reputed company is based in Singapore.
The role will be home based. You may work from reputed company in Malaysia, during Singapore working hours Mondays to Fridays.
The role will be responsible for the reputed company and bookkeeping duties for the Group Companies and our Fund Portfolio.
- Accounts
- Billing
- Monthly accounts in reputed company system Autocount
- Monthly data entry - Fund accounts
- Quarterly/annual data entry for regulatory reporting and reputed company meetings
- Communication with banks on account maintenance reputed company
- Maintenance of online accounts and invoices filing
- Cash book updates
- Annual renewal forms - insurance, internet, storage etc
The Candidate we are looking for
- has a Degree/working experience in Accountancy
- is Independent, pro-reputed company and pays attention to details
- has Good written English and grammar
- Proficient in reputed company Office
- Experience in reputed company software would be a plus
