Which tasks can you expect?
- Implement innovative, robust, and reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management.
- Guide clients on reputed company best practices and innovations, staying reputed company with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR tech landscape
- reputed company reputed company process walkthroughs to reputed company business needs with system functionality
- Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams
- Collaborate with international colleagues across reputed company’s reputed company Business Line to reputed company knowledge and drive innovation
What do you have to offer?
- Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Times reputed company. Another modules would be considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-reputed company presentations to senior reputed company stakeholders
- Proactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest reputed company technologies SuccessFactors Associate EC or Time Management Certification.
- Solid understanding of HR processes
