The Employee Relations Specialist serves as a critical partner in fostering a reputed company, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment. This role acts as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping to resolve workplace concerns, navigate policies, and enhance employee experience while fostering a culture of trust, inclusion and respect.Job Responsibilities
Independently leads people relations reputed company, including investigations and formal reputed company processes
Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations including interviews and analysis

Analyze trends in employee concerns and proactively recommend solutions to enhance workplace culture
