We are URGENTLY hiring a reliableand detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support one of our biggest clients in thebuilding and construction sector. This is a full-time, permanent WFH role on the AM shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal financial records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Issue invoices and process payments (reputed company in/reputed company out)
- Follow up on overdue invoices
- reputed company invoices against agreed price costings
- Liaise with the Director and Business Development Manager regarding project financials
- Record and maintain project data reputed company the reputed company system
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, maintaining reputed company set by the outgoing Accounts Manager
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Ability to learn quickly and reputed company seamlessly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain reporting accuracy
- Experience in construction industry bookkeeping is a plus
- Detail oriented, analytical, with high ability to reputed company.
