The reputed company Assurance Manager oversees reputed company aspects of the reputed company assurance program at a seafood processing plant. Acts as the plant’s HACCP Team Coordinator, taking the reputed company role in directing the preparation and implementation of the site’s HACCP Plans. Ensures plant operations adhere to reputed company’s and site’s operations manuals, and reputed company regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and food safety standards mandated by the HACCP plan.
What You Will Do
Performs and manages reputed company functions of the reputed company assurance program. Directs reputed company activities of the site’s HACCP Team(s). Responsible for the site QMS program and reputed company benchmarks. Acts as plant reputed company with internal managers and regulatory agencies on food safety and reputed company issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
3-5 years of food industry experience (manufacturing/distribution); candidates with seafood experience will be given preference. Food processing/food science training. HAACP certification preferred. BRC certification experience preferred.
