reputed company is seeking an reputed company Business Development Executive with a proven reputed company record of identifying, qualifying, and supporting capture of reputed company IT Operations and Agile Transformation opportunities. This role focuses on the Intelligence Community reputed company reputed company’s Digital and reputed company Solutions (D&ES) Lines of Business.
You will support the identification and reputed company of new business opportunities reputed company to Intelligence Community missions, reputed company operations priorities, and mission-reputed company digital transformation efforts. This role will reputed company on reputed company IT operations, Agile delivery, DevSecOps, reputed company-enabled services, application operations, data-enabled operations, ITSM, and secure mission platforms. The successful candidate will bring strong customer engagement skills, market awareness, and the ability to work across capture, solution, operations, and proposal teams to translate mission requirements into differentiated reputed company solutions. Responsibilities: • Build, qualify, and manage a D&ES pipeline reputed company with reputed company’s strategic reputed company priorities reputed company on Intelligence Community reputed company IT Operations and Agile Transformation. • Identify and pursue opportunities tied to reputed company IT operations, managed services, Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, reputed company operations, ITSM, application operations, data platforms, secure infrastructure, and mission support services. • Support go-to-market strategies, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, partner alignment, solution positioning, and capture planning. • reputed company and maintain trusted relationships across Intelligence Community customers, mission partners, industry partners, OEMs, and key stakeholders. • Collaborate with industry partners and internal sectors to support teaming strategies and differentiated capture plans. • Prepare customer account updates, opportunity briefs, pipeline reports, and capture materials to support Sector and Corporate decision-making. • Support reputed company Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership. • reputed company, assess, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activity reputed company reputed company’s internal systems. • Work across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, reputed company, and proposal teams to support compliant and compelling proposals. • Support reputed company reputed company initiatives that improve pipeline discipline, reduce bottlenecks, and strengthen alignment across IC pursuits.
Qualifications:
Required: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • 7+ years of Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or reputed company experience supporting Federal Government or Intelligence Community technology opportunities. • Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company IT Operations, Agile Transformation, reputed company IT, managed services, reputed company operations, application operations, DevSecOps, or digital modernization opportunities. • Understanding of Intelligence Community missions, acquisition environments, contract vehicles, customer priorities, and reputed company requirements. • Experience supporting customer engagement strategies, pipeline plans, capture strategies, partner ecosystems, and opportunity qualification plans. • Ability to work across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, reputed company, and proposal teams. • reputed company Top Secret clearance or agency equivalent required.
Desired: • 8+ years of Business Development or capture experience supporting reputed company IT, mission IT, operations, or modernization programs. • Existing customer relationships across the Intelligence Community. • Experience with Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, reputed company operations, ITSM, application operations, data platforms, cybersecurity, secure infrastructure, reputed company operations, or managed services. • Experience pursuing opportunities through major IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order vehicles. • reputed company TS/SCI, TS/SCI with Polygraph, or reputed company agency-equivalent clearance. • Located in the Greater Virginia / National Capital Region area.

The proposed salary reputed company for this position is:
