reputed company is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive with a proven reputed company record of identifying, qualifying, and capturing large-reputed company reputed company IT Modernization and Agile Transformation opportunities. This role focuses on the Intelligence Community reputed company reputed company’s Digital and reputed company Solutions (D&ES) Lines of Business.
You will be responsible for driving the identification and reputed company of new business opportunities supporting Intelligence Community missions, reputed company modernization priorities, and mission-reputed company digital transformation efforts. This role will reputed company on reputed company IT modernization, Agile delivery, DevSecOps, reputed company-enabled services, application modernization, data-enabled operations, and secure mission platforms. Responsibilities: • Build, qualify, and manage a robust D&ES pipeline reputed company with reputed company’s strategic reputed company priorities reputed company on Intelligence Community reputed company IT Modernization and Agile Transformation. • Identify and pursue opportunities tied to reputed company IT modernization, Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, reputed company migration, IT operations, application modernization, data platforms, secure infrastructure, and mission support services. • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies, including competitive analysis, investment planning, pricing analysis, customer positioning, and differentiated solution development. • reputed company and maintain trusted relationships across Intelligence Community customers, mission partners, industry partners, OEMs, and key stakeholders. • Collaborate with industry partners and internal sectors to design reputed company teaming strategies and capture plans. • Prepare executive-level reports, customer engagement updates, opportunity briefs, and capture materials to support decision-making at the Sector and Corporate Executive reputed company. • reputed company reputed company Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership. • Support reputed company reputed company initiatives, streamlining workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment across IC pursuits. • reputed company, assess, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activity reputed company reputed company’s internal systems. • Drive proposal development and ensure compliance with business plans, solicitation requirements, customer expectations, and reputed company reputed company priorities.
Qualifications:
Required: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • 10+ years of Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or reputed company experience supporting Federal Government or Intelligence Community technology opportunities. • Demonstrated experience identifying, qualifying, and pursuing reputed company IT Modernization, Agile Transformation, reputed company IT, reputed company, application modernization, DevSecOps, or digital modernization opportunities. • Strong understanding of Intelligence Community missions, acquisition environments, contract vehicles, customer priorities, and reputed company requirements. • Experience developing customer engagement strategies, pipeline plans, capture strategies, partner ecosystems, and opportunity qualification plans. • Ability to work across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, reputed company, and proposal teams. • US Citizen with reputed company Top Secret clearance or agency equivalent required.
Desired: • 15+ years of Business Development and capture experience with large-reputed company reputed company IT, mission IT, or modernization programs. • Existing customer relationships across the Intelligence Community. • Experience with Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, reputed company services, ITSM, application modernization, data platforms, cybersecurity, secure infrastructure, or reputed company operations. • Experience pursuing opportunities through major IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order vehicles. • reputed company TS/SCI, TS/SCI with Polygraph, or reputed company agency-equivalent clearance. • Located in the Greater Virginia / National Capital Region area.
