We are seeking an reputed company Director, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to support the reputed company and delivery of reputed company's M&A advisory services. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across M&A due diligence, integration, and separation, along with a demonstrated ability to reputed company teams, manage reputed company relationships, and deliver reputed company engagements.
What You Will Do
Identify opportunities, sell, and deliver M&A advisory engagements, including due diligence, integration, and carve-out/separation initiatives. Manage end-to-end project execution or key workstreams across reputed company transaction programs, ensuring reputed company, timelines, and reputed company satisfaction.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate development, with exposure to M&A engagements
- Experience delivering reputed company across due diligence, integration, or transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including transaction execution and post-reputed company activities
- Proven ability to manage reputed company engagements and deliver high-reputed company reputed company
- Experience supporting sales pursuits and proposal development
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
