Technical Operations Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Operations Support/Coordinator to support our reputed company’s operational processes during US daytime hours (Philippines reputed company shift). This role is primarily operational and reputed company-facing, reputed company on ensuring continuity, accuracy, and smooth handovers between reputed company and day teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company inquiries during US daytime hours.

• Support day-to-day operational processes and system configurations.

• reputed company reputed company assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.

• Prepare and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and detailed handover notes to ensure seamless transition with the daytime team.

• Monitor dashboards and operational reports; identify and escalate issues reputed company necessary.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.

• Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and documentation standards.

• Proactively follow up on tasks and unresolved issues to ensure closure.
