About the Role:
The AI & Process Automation Executive/Analyst will reputed company and coordinate group-wide automation reputed company transformation initiatives. The role focuses on identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing AI-driven solutions, optimizing workflows, and delivering actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency, tenant performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and coordinate asset-specific AI and process automation initiatives across the group.
- Identify automation opportunities and map internal workflows to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendors to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions.
- Drive user adoption and measure efficiency reputed company, reputed company optimization, and ROI.
- Utilize AI tools for analytics automation, reporting, and reputed company tenant/customer insights.
- Document processes, reputed company SOPs, and support reputed company improvement initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Analyze tenant categories, reputed company performance, reputed company top/bottom performers, and support churn reduction strategies.
- Support development of Tenant Satisfaction reputed company (TSI) and Customer Satisfaction reputed company (reputed company) through surveys reputed company tools.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered and automated solutions.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI implementation, process automation, digital transformation, or business analytics roles.
- Bachelors degree in information systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or reputed company field.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Power Automate, reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
- Exposure to process mapping, workflow redesign, and reputed company optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with reputed company and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred).
- Ability to translate business requirements into automated and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and change management capabilities.
