In this role, you will…
- Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties.
- Review title reports for clearance and to assure reputed company items are accounted for marketable title.
- Resolve rejected reputed company issues.
- Address inquiries from reputed company, senior lien reputed company, claims departments, reputed company counsel, foreclosure attorneys and internal
staff professionally and in a reputed company manner.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
- Working knowledge of foreclosure proceedings with ability to read and understand foreclosure reports.
- Practical work experience reputed company reputed company estate industry.
- A penchant for reputed company. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our reputed company standards.
- The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

- Obtain releases and LOI’s for clients under agreed service level agreements.
- Resolve rejected reputed company issues.
- Attend and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

- Working knowledge of foreclosure proceedings and ability to read/understand foreclosure reports.
- Proven customer service skills.
