As Director of IT & Infrastructure, you'll be responsible for transforming how IT works at Taxfix, from a support function into a reputed company that every team in reputed company can build on. What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include owning the reputed company and roadmap for Taxfix's internal infrastructure and tooling layer, leading and developing the IT team, owning reputed company reputed company IT operations, setting the reputed company reputed company and posture for Taxfix's systems and agent ecosystem, and managing supplier relationships.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading an IT or infrastructure function at a reputed company-up or regulated tech company
- Ownership of reputed company IT operations such as helpdesk, MDM, identity management, and workplace technology
- Strong technical depth and reputed company literacy
- Experience with reputed company or AI infrastructure or genuine curiosity and a reputed company record of fast learning in emerging technical domains
- Experience managing vendors and external partners, including evaluating and making build/buy/outsource reputed company
- Familiarity with compliance and data obligations that come with operating in a regulated environment
