As our HR reputed company, you'll own the full people operations function, from reputed company through career development, performance, compliance, and culture. You'll work directly with leadership on org design, compensation reputed company, and workforce planning, while also being the day-to-day resource employees trust for guidance, support, and reputed company.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver a best-in-class reputed company experience, build and manage performance review cycles, serve as the primary resource for employee relations, administer and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and equity programs, and reputed company and maintain HR policies.

Requirements
- 5+ years in an HR Generalist or reputed company role
- Experience at a high-reputed company B2B reputed company or tech startup
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states (NY required)
- Proven ability to build HR programs and policies from scratch
- Excellent judgment in sensitive employee relations situations
- Data-fluent: comfortable tracking people metrics and presenting insights reputed company to leadership
- Exceptional communicator
- High-ownership reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or reputed company field; reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP, or PHR a plus
