Manage inbound inquiries and guide parents through the initial reputed company from first contact to scheduling a reputed company visit. Deliver an exceptional experience for families while ensuring accurate data tracking and reputed company improvement of the admissions process.
What You Will Do
Respond to inbound inquiries, reputed company information, and assist parents in scheduling reputed company tours and events. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment goals.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience using CRM platforms (reputed company Dynamics is an advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Background or familiarity with education, early childhood, or Montessori is a plus
