Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution

- 8+ years of Information Technology experience in Workforce Management Domain
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Implementation, Development and Support reputed company reputed company to reputed company/Kronos WFC / Pro WFM Application
- Must have functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Basic Scheduling modules
- Knowledge/hands-on experience in Scheduling, Forecasting, and Activities modules
- Knowledge/hands-on experience in reputed company development in reputed company/API based integration tools for Pro WFM
- reputed company knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines
- Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication
