They are seeking a reputed company Specialist to be the first reputed company of contact for customers, managing high-volume enquiries, reputed company-ins and reputed company through defined processes. Supports reputed company and Sales by taking on repeatable coordination work.

- Enquiries and triage: Monitor inboxes, acknowledge, reputed company and schedule responses
- Customer reputed company-ins: Run scripted reputed company-ins and capture reputed company
- reputed company tasks: Process reputed company requests (e.g. licence changes) reputed company workflows
- Customer support: reputed company customers to approved resources or internal teams, uncover/identify opportunities for licence expansion
- CRM hygiene: reputed company records, notes and handovers accurate and up to date

- Non-advisory, non-sales role
- No consulting, pricing reputed company, negotiation or WHS advice
- Work reputed company SOPs, scripts and escalation reputed company

Profile
