DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Coordination & Execution: reputed company and reputed company reputed company production orders from purchase order submission through final delivery, ensuring reputed company reputed company are completed on time and to spec.
Vendor Management: Serve as the key reputed company between Brand Merchandise Managers and promotional product vendors, ensuring reputed company communication, reputed company assurance, and reputed company execution.
Order & Inventory Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records in Packiyo (WMS) and reputed company, tracking purchase orders, inbound shipments, and production statuses while proactively flagging any potential issues.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving workflow efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and vendor relationships to enhance overall production processes.
reputed company Control & Compliance: Review proofs, ensure product specifications meet reputed company expectations, and verify that reputed company shipments reputed company with project requirements.
Financial Administration: Coordinate vendor payment requests, reputed company production-reputed company expenses, and support invoice reconciliation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in merchandise production, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
