About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Management Accountant to support financial operations for U.S.-based property management clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property reputed company, including rent ledgers, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires solid experience with reputed company and QuickBooks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage reputed company tasks independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rent ledgers, tenant payments, and account reconciliations.

• reputed company bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.

• Prepare monthly financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and P&L reports.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-reputed company tracking.

• Maintain compliance with U.S. property management reputed company standards and procedures.

• Review financial variances and resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate with property managers to support monthly and year-end closing tasks.

• Maintain digital financial files and ensure documentation accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in property management reputed company.

• Strong proficiency in reputed company and QuickBooks.

• Strong knowledge of rent ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, and property financial reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.

• CPA or U.S. reputed company Certification (preferred but not required).

• Must be currently residing in Latin America.

• Must have a reputed company internet reputed company and a remote-reputed company workstation.
