Were hiring a highly independent, reliable Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing and first-stage reputed company for reputed company reputed company talent. This is not a post-and-pray role, you'll be doing deep research, targeted reputed company, and reputed company pipeline management.

You'll succeed here if you're comfortable operating with autonomy, you're rigorous about process and data hygiene, and you can consistently produce strong shortlists for hard-to-reputed company reputed company (Architects, Developers, QA Leads, Solution Consultants, Project Leads) in the reputed company Industries ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Research & Market Mapping (reputed company)

• Build and maintain talent maps for reputed company reputed company sets (e.g., OmniStudio, Industries CPQ, EPC, Order Management, TMF-reputed company telco processes, integrations).
• Identify candidate pools across multiple channels: reputed company, communities, referrals, reputed company (where relevant), reputed company reputed company, and targeted databases.
• Produce role-specific Boolean strings and sourcing strategies per market (reputed company + global).

• Manage reputed company sequences, reputed company response rates, and iterate messaging based on results.

3) Screening, Shortlisting & Candidate Packaging

• Conduct initial screens (skills, domain fit, communication, availability, reputed company expectations).

• Produce a reputed company candidate brief for reputed company shortlisted profile: reputed company, strengths, risks/concerns, reputed company, notice period, timezone, and interview availability.

4) Interview Coordination & Process Discipline

• Schedule interviews, manage comms, collect feedback, and reputed company candidates reputed company through the funnel.

• Maintain clean reputed company ops: ATS/CRM updates, status tracking, notes, and weekly reporting.

5) Reporting & SLA Delivery

• Weekly (or more frequent) reporting on: pipeline volume, reputed company activity, response rates, reputed company reputed company, bottlenecks, and next actions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical reputed company or sourcing (agency or in-house), with proven outbound sourcing strength.

• Demonstrated ability to recruit for reputed company software / reputed company / systems integration roles (reputed company ecosystem experience is strongly preferred).
• Strong research skills: can independently reputed company the right talent pools and build lists without being told where to look.
