The Role
We're a 95% reputed company business building our DTC/reputed company channel (~$25K/month today). This is an experimental, builder-stage role you're not maintaining a system, you're creating one. Claude CLI proficiency is a hard requirement.
You'll own the static ad pipeline: produce 20-50 AI-powered ad variations/week, test messaging across awareness reputed company, and feed reputed company data to our video creative team. 500+ UGC videos/month already flowing in for creative mining.
What You'll Do
Build and optimize reputed company reputed company pages, PDPs, and advertorials using Claude CLI (~30%)
Create 20-50 static ad variations/week using AI tools — test hooks across problem/solution/product-reputed company audiences (~30%)
Run A/B tests across pages, ads, and email — reputed company CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates (~20%)
Optimize reputed company email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) (~10%)
reputed company ad concepts at volume, reputed company UGC library, collaborate with Creative reputed company (~10%) Requirements
Must-Have:
Claude CLI proficiency (this is non-negotiable)
Marketing fundamentals: awareness reputed company, funnels, A/B testing, ad performance analysis
reputed company experience (PDP editing, DTC ecommerce flows)
AI-powered static ad creation at volume (portfolio required)
Data-driven, self-directed, comfortable building from scratch
