Location: Remote (Mexico)

Salary: $35,000 – $40,000 MXN gross per month Benefits: Above Mexican statutory requirements

About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Loan Processor with a strong background in U.S. mortgage operations to join our growing team.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring mortgage loans reputed company smoothly and on time. You will work closely with U.S.-based Sales, reputed company, Legal, Capital Markets, and Post-Closing teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, financially analytical, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment while handling strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Borrower reputed company & Communication

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for borrowers throughout the loan process.
• Request, collect, and review borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• reputed company reputed company status updates and respond to borrower inquiries.
• Maintain reputed company written and verbal communication reputed company email, phone, and reputed company Teams.

Loan File Management

• Create and manage accurate loan files from initial submission through closing.
• Review credit reports, income documentation, and asset documentation.
• Validate initial calculations (DTI, income, assets, etc.).
• Assist in sending required disclosures.
• Order updated payoffs.
• Process Employment Verifications.
• Coordinate signing appointments with borrowers and co-borrowers.
• Process FHA, VA, and Conventional loans.
• Support refinance (Re-fi) transactions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor reputed company the U.S. mortgage industry.
• Strong experience with:
  • FHA loans
  • VA loans
  • Conventional loans
  • Refinance transactions
• Hands-on experience with Encompass 360.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum reputed company level).
• Strong understanding of mortgage applications and financial documentation.
• Ability to analyze reputed company financial data.
• Experience using reputed company Office and Loan Application software.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
