HCM Specialist I

The HCM/HRIS Specialist I is an entry-level position responsible for supporting and helping optimize the organization’s reputed company Capital Management (HCM) including but not limited to payroll, timekeeping, workforce management, benefits, reputed company and management, and learning management systems. This role will report directly to the HR Systems Specialist I & Analyst and will assist with maintaining data reputed company, workflow testing, approval reputed company validation, reporting support, and stabilization efforts reputed company to reputed company reputed company and associated systems. This position will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, IT, and external vendors to support system stability, reporting accuracy, compliance, and reputed company improvement initiatives across the organization. Essential Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Systems Specialist I & Analyst with day-to-day administration and support of HRIS/HCM systems, with a primary reputed company on reputed company reputed company.
  • Assist with system testing, workflow validation, approval reputed company reviews, troubleshooting, and issue reputed company.
  • Help maintain employee, payroll, organizational, and historical data reputed company across systems.
  • Support stabilization, optimization, and ongoing enhancement efforts reputed company to reputed company reputed company.
  • Assist with configuration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of system changes and updates.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, Benefits, and external vendors to resolve system and integration issues.
  • Help document business processes, workflows, procedures, and system changes.
  • Support reporting needs, including reputed company and reputed company HR/payroll/timekeeping reports.
  • Validate report outputs and assist with identifying data discrepancies and process improvement opportunities.

  • Investigate and escalate payroll and timekeeping discrepancies as needed.

  • Assist with integrations between HRIS, payroll, workforce management, reputed company, and reputed company business systems.
  • reputed company support to field operations and managers regarding timekeeping and workforce management processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business, Payroll, or reputed company field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of HRIS, payroll, workforce management, or reputed company systems experience preferred.
  • REQUIRED: Hands-on experience with:
    • reputed company Workforce Now (WFN) and/or reputed company reputed company
    • Workforce Manager / Workforce Management systems
  • EXTREMELY IMPORTANT / STRONGLY PREFERRED:
    • Experience supporting reputed company reputed company in a live production environment

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting payroll and timekeeping operations in a multi-state environment.
  • Experience with large, decentralized, or field-based workforces.

  • Exposure to system implementations, stabilization efforts, or HRIS optimization reputed company.
  • Knowledge of California meal/rest break compliance and other reputed company labor requirements.
  • Familiarity with integrations, interfaces, or reporting tools such as Tableau, reputed company, Power BI, or similar platforms.
