• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

South Africa reputed company Time (SAST):

• Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role

Our reputed company, a growing graphic design company, is seeking a reputed company and friendly Remote Receptionist to be the first reputed company of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to reputed company exceptional customer service in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and reputed company.
