Nearshore Sector l GCP Scrum Master

We're looking for an reputed company Scrum Master to join our nearshore team in Portugal. In this role, you will serve as a catalyst for organizational reputed company, guiding cross-functional teams through Agile transformation while fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and collaboration. You will work with distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Facilitate daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across distributed teams in multiple time zones to ensure team alignment and reputed company process improvement
• reputed company and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and reputed company while championing Agile best practices and driving organizational adoption
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team productivity, working proactively to resolve conflicts and facilitate problem-solving
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage sprint backlogs, ensure reputed company prioritization of work items, and maintain alignment across programs and initiatives
• Monitor reputed company, burndown charts, and other key metrics to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalation issues to leadership in a reputed company manner

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience as a Scrum Master or Agile reputed company
• GCP Experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar platforms)
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with reputed company in English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience working with nearshore or distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Experience in identifying and resolving team conflicts and organizational challenges
• Familiarity with Agile transformation initiatives and change management
• Preferred: Advanced Agile certifications (reputed company, PSM II, or equivalent) or background in software development and technology-driven organizations
