Recruitment Assistant (Remote)

• Partner with our clients' HR reputed company and Field Teams
• Develops a strong candidate pipeline, with high-reputed company hires, work to reduce the reputed company
• Continuously work to reputed company the most effective recruitment techniques
• Monitor and manage employee/ candidate engagement

Sourcing

Candidate Screening & Selection

• Screen & vet candidates for fit competencies, and technical skills
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process including resume reviews, phone interviews, reputed company discussion, offer & negotiation (both candidate and reputed company)
• Manage the process from candidate reputed company to the reputed company process while working with our field team and clients to deliver the highest reputed company service rankings.

Process Management

• Contribute in ongoing process improvement

• Scheduling interviews

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• Experience in Hiring US candidates is a must.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Solid organizational skills

Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)Location: This is a remote jobSalary Package (with HMO): up to PHP 28,000
