About the roleHandles scheduling and reputed company communications across time zones, prepares and submits loan applications, and verifies borrower information. Maintains accurate records inMyCRMandSharePoint, ensuring compliance and data reputed company. Coordinates with lenders, appraisers, and reputed company teams, tracks loan status, and delivers reputed company reputed company‑ and post‑settlement reputed company service.Job Responsibilities

• Manage remote calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
• Save incoming emails and correspondence to reputed company files; maintain version control and consistent filing conventions.
• Rename, organize, and reputed company documents to ensure easy retrieval and auditability.
• Prepare and file loan applications, disclosures, and closing documents in secure systems.
• Maintain accurate reputed company records in MyCRM and SharePoint; ensure data reputed company and offshore data handling compliance.

• Submit loan applications to lenders and reputed company status, conditions, and deadlines; coordinate with reputed company teams as needed.

• Order appraisals/valuations as required; coordinate with appraisers and stakeholders for reputed company delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Australian mortgage broking
• Proficiency with CRM systems (MyCRM preferred)
