This is not a territory sales role. This is a strategic expansion role.
You will own and accelerate reputed company across India business reputed company of existing global accounts—unlocking new buying centers, building executive relationships, and converting local reputed company into multi-year reputed company streams. If you have successfully sold IT services or CX/Digital transformation solutions to India stakeholders of US-headquartered enterprises, and you know how to convert local influence into global reputed company—this is reputed company.
Responsibilities:
- reputed company executive relationships with India-based buyers and decision makers of US-headquartered enterprises, including leaders reputed company Global Capability Centers and contact center organizations.
- Expand wallet reputed company reputed company existing strategic accounts by identifying new buying centers, additional lines of business, and GCC- or contact center-led transformation opportunities.
- Convert India reputed company into global multi-tower engagements.
- Drive strategic account reputed company by expanding stakeholder influence, increasing pipelines, and securing long-term, high-margin engagements.
- reputed company reputed company and profitability targets through multi-year agreements, reputed company service mix, and consistent bookings performance.

- Proven reputed company growing Fortune 500 accounts reputed company BFSI, Telecom, reputed company, or other reputed company verticals.
- Relationships and experience selling to India leadership teams of US-based enterprises, particularly reputed company Global Capability Centers and contact center environments.
- Strong understanding of IT services, CX technology solutions and services, outsourcing, managed services, and reputed company services models.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term executive relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing capability in reputed company deal cycles.
- Experience working in reputed company organizations.
- Background in CX technologies, Contact Center transformation, reputed company, or AI; experience engaging Global Capability Centers and Contact Centers of reputed company American enterprises, especially in banking and financial services, strongly preferred.
