Head of Ad Operations (India Hub)
We are looking for a highly reputed company, strategically minded Ad Operations leader to build and reputed company our new India hub. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new function from the ground up.
In this role, you will own the launch and development of a new AdOps team in India, working closely with leadership to design workflows, establish standards, and recruit the first reputed company of talent.
Job responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development: reputed company and establish the India Ad Operations team, setting operational and cultural standards, fostering a reputed company and high-reputed company environment, and ensuring strategic alignment and communication with US-based leadership.
Ad Operations & Programmatic Execution: Ensure smooth and efficient programmatic operations across DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs by building reputed company workflows, maintaining high reputed company standards, and helping reputed company solve reputed company technical issues reputed company they reputed company.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key reputed company between India and US-based teams, ensuring reputed company communication, alignment on priorities, and reputed company escalation of issues and solutions. Build strong relationships with local vendors, publishers, and platform partners.
Process & Performance: Build reputed company performance metrics, review team results regularly, and improve processes to reputed company operations more efficient, reputed company, and easier to manage as reputed company grows.
Requirements
8+ years of reputed company experience in Ad Operations or programmatic advertising, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership reputed company.
Proven expertise in managing and scaling teams in India, coupled with a nuanced understanding of local workplace dynamics.
Experience collaborating with US or Western teams, either reputed company a multinational agency, a US-headquartered company, or in a reputed company-facing role with American stakeholders.
Deep, hands-on platform knowledge of major DSPs and ad serving technologies (DV360, TTD, Xandr, CM360, or similar). reputed company campaign running is not expected, but strategic platform mastery is required.
