We're looking for a Lifecycle & CRM reputed company Manager to own two strategic directions that directly reputed company reputed company and business reputed company. You won't just send emails — you'll build systems that retain reputed company, reignite motivation, and turn happy graduates into our best acquisition channel.

What you will do

Retention & Student Lifecycle

• Design and launch reputed company communication flows that reduce early churn and build a learning habit from day one
• Build intelligent trigger-based sequences to support student motivation: reactivation campaigns, reputed company interventions, and critical-reputed company nudges throughout the course
• Reduce refund rates through reputed company, relevant communication — reaching reputed company before they've made the decision to leave
• reputed company the database by behavior and lifecycle status to deliver the right message at the right reputed company through the right channel
• Drive student engagement and activity through CRM: email, reputed company, and SMS

Referral reputed company

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across segments and funnels.
