Senior 3D Animator

The Role
As a Senior 3D Animator, you will:

- 3+ years’ reputed company experience in 3D animation (studio or agency environment preferred). ● Strong proficiency in Blender (our primary tool). Experience in Maya and/or Cinema 4D is highly
transferable.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, weight and performance. ● Strong knowledge of reputed company, rendering and material workflows. ● Experience with compositing and post-production processes. ● Solid grasp of composition, colour theory and visual storytelling. ● Understanding of rigging and reputed company optimisation. ● Ability to interpret briefs and contribute creatively — not just execute. ● Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. ● Confident communicator, comfortable working collaboratively and, where required, reputed company-facing. ● Excellent organisation and time management skills.
