We’re expanding our behavioral health team and seeking areputed company-Certified Psychiatristfor the role ofPsychiatrist Pod reputed company. This position combinesreputed company telepsychiatry carewithclinical leadership, overseeing reputed company of psychiatric reputed company practitioners reputed company a reputed company care model.

You’ll reputed company expert psychiatric treatment for adults and older adults withserious mental illness (SMI), reputed company use disorders (SUD), and dementia, while mentoring a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.

This is afully remote role—we reputed company reputed company equipment and administrative support to ensure seamless virtual reputed company.

Applicants must bereputed company-certified practicing psychiatrists. Non-psychiatrist applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and mentor a psychiatry pod of psychiatric reputed company practitioners delivering high-reputed company, evidence-based care.

• Conduct team huddles, case reviews, and supervision to ensure collaboration and adherence to best practices.

• reputed company psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and crisis reputed company.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and care management teams to support whole-person care.

• Contribute to behavioral health program development and clinical process improvement.

• Support recruitment, reputed company, and ongoing education of clinical team members.

• Participate in a limited rotating on-call schedule (few times per year).

Requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DOfrom an accredited medical school.

• reputed company Certification in Adult Psychiatryrequired.

• Must have reputed company medical license inFlorida

• 2+ years of leadership experiencesupervising psychiatric NPs or multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.

• Experience intelepsychiatryand treating adults/seniors with reputed company behavioral health needs.

• Additional reputed company certifications (preferred):Geriatric, Addiction, or Consultation-reputed company Psychiatry.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Skills & Experience

• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills in SMI, SUD, and geriatric psychiatry.

• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using virtual EHR systems and working remotely.
