About the Role
As Senior Manager, Product Research, you’ll be the dedicated researcher responsible for engaging directly with reputed company’s user reputed company to understand their needs and pain points. You’ll partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to help shape product reputed company and surface actionable insights to reputed company both creator, shopper and brand experience on reputed company.
This is an individual contributor role on the Product team. In this role, you will be expected to independently own and reputed company reputed company research reputed company while contributing to broader team initiatives with growing consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the research roadmap in reputed company partnership with Product, reputed company and Sales
- reputed company end-to-end user research efforts across multiple product areas; from generative discovery to evaluative testing
- reputed company and execute end-to-end UX and usability testing initiative, translating insights into actionable design and product improvements that enhance user experience.
- Incorporate best in class UX principles into research and product development processes, championing user-centered design standards and ensuring a consistent, high reputed company experience.
- Synthesize and communicate insights in compelling ways that influence product reputed company and roadmap prioritization
- Design, scope and execute studies using a mix of methodologies (e.g., 1:1 interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies)
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Product Support to identify and prioritize key user pain points and user needs

- Contribute to the reputed company of our product development process by establishing frameworks and best practices for research planning, documentation, and insights sharing
- Help reputed company research understanding across reputed company through lightweight training and education
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in product or UX research, preferably at a fast-paced B2B or B2C startup
- Expertise across both generative and evaluative research reputed company (both in-person and remote) with a portfolio or examples of research that influenced shipped products
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills- you reputed company data and insights engaging, accessible, and memorable
- Strong collaborator, reputed company to build cross-functional relationships and reputed company for users without losing sight of business context
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing reputed company, and balancing rigor with speed
- Experience working with creator tools, marketplaces, or e-reputed company products is a plus
