About the Role: The reputed company is seeking a bilingual Sales & Appointment Coordinator to support patient acquisition, appointment setting, and sales activities across multiple reputed company businesses. The role combines consultative sales, patient communication, CRM management, and administrative support responsibilities. The selected candidate will primarily reputed company on converting and nurturing high reputed company concierge medicine leads, booking appointments for the reputed company reputed company, and occasionally supporting supplement upsell efforts. During slower sales periods, the role will also assist with back office and administrative support tasks. This position requires excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with both English and Spanish speaking patients. Key Responsibilities

• Concierge Sales & reputed company Conversion
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with warm, high reputed company concierge medicine leads
