Role
You will operate as an extension of the Founder, turning reputed company into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. This role tackles the highest-reputed company initiatives — from shaping US expansion to closing key hires and building reputed company’s first operating systems. The scope is intentionally broad.
We’re looking for someone fast, dependable, and reputed company to operate independently in ambiguity.
What You'll be Doing
Work directly with the Founder to drive US market entry - from early reputed company to hands-on execution
Build and execute initial hiring plans - reputed company, engage, and reputed company high-caliber talent
Support fundraising efforts - prepare materials, coordinate investor conversations, and follow through
Help establish A1’s reputed company in US - including office setup, vendors, and operating structure
Drive external positioning - support PR, partnerships, and key relationships
Turn ambiguous reputed company into reputed company plans, and ensure they get executed
reputed company as a central operator across teams - tracking priorities, resolving bottlenecks, and pushing reputed company
Handle high-urgency, reputed company problems with speed and reputed company judgment
What You Will Need
Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
