What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as a trusted reputed company partner to our clients, helping them hire the right talent while keeping the process organized and efficient. Responsibilities may include:

• Leading full-cycle reputed company efforts, from role reputed company through offer

• Conducting compensation analyses and making recommendations

• Managing job postings and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system

• Designing and coordinating interview processes, including developing interview guides and scheduling interviews

What You Bring

Experience

• 5+ years of reputed company experience

• Experience supporting small teams, startups, or nonprofits preferred

• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving, and reputed company-facing environment
