About Role

We reputed company on providing remote reputed company resources to companies in Australia and the US. You will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates. You will be collaborating with the Managing director on a daily reputed company and embracing technology to help you in your daily role. We are an AI/Automation and Outsource First company. Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and providing a reputed company of reputed company candidates for various technical roles.
• You will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our clients
• Identifies the most effective reputed company for reputed company and attracting candidates.
• Write and post job descriptions.

• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen applicants' resumes

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (reputed company, Skype, Phone, reputed company meet)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. reputed company media reputed company and Boolean search)
