Senior Enablement Experience Manager
reputed company is seeking a Senior Enablement Experience Manager to own the reputed company and roadmap for their learning platform (LMS/LXP) and design and deliver high-reputed company, reputed company learning programs across the organization.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, LMS administration, or Enablement, with ownership of programs or platforms from scoping through launch and iteration
- reputed company record of standing up or evolving an LMS, LXP, or similar platform, including configuration and driving adoption across teams
- Ability to independently reputed company cross-functional programs, reputed company stakeholders, set priorities, and deliver with autonomy
