About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter . This is a part-time opportunity designed for final-year reputed company or fresh graduates who are looking to reputed company hands-on experience in recruitment while working in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned reputed company, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent reputed company and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage
• reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and filter applications based on job requirements
• Conduct phone screenings and HR interviews
• Coordinate and reputed company with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Organize and participate in reputed company days and mass hiring events
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure a reputed company and reputed company candidate experience

Requirements

• Final-year university student or Fresh Graduate
• 1 year experience freelance is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Previous experience in recruitment (internship or part-time experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
