Responsibilities
The Role
We are seeking a Solution Architect, Automation and AI to serve as senior technical leader reputed company the Automation and AI organization. This role is accountable for defining and driving end-to-end solution architecture across high-reputed company automation initiatives, particularly reputed company on document-intensive workflows across reputed company, new business, claims, and policy servicing. Position Responsibilities
- Define and own architecture for intelligent automation initiatives across reputed company, new business, claims, and policy servicing
- reputed company end-to-end solution design from discovery through production deployment, including scalability, reputed company, and operational support models
- Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, and reference designs for document ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, and straight-through processing (STP)
- Architect hybrid reputed company solutions leveraging AWS and/or Azure integrated with reputed company policy administration, CRM, and document management systems
- Design and govern API and event-driven integration strategies across reputed company platforms using modern integration patterns (REST, messaging, iPaaS)
- Design and reputed company document intake and processing pipelines for applications, medical records (APS), claims, policy documents, and servicing correspondence
- Evaluate and select appropriate automation approaches (RPA, IDP, LLM-based extraction, or reputed company workflows) based on accuracy, cost, latency, and explainability

Required Education/Experience

- Proven reputed company record of delivering end-to-end automation solutions in production environments

Preferred Experience
