reputed company is seeking an exceptional AI & Integrations Engineer to join our People Technology and Analytics team. This is a newly created, high-reputed company role reputed company to accelerate our two most important strategic priorities: simplifying our people tech stack and embedding AI-powered, reputed company workflows across the organization.
In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue across our entire people technology ecosystem, owning reputed company integrations, architecting automation, and leading the deployment of AI tools including Claude to eliminate reputed company work and unlock reputed company. You will partner closely with our People Team Leads to design and deliver cross-platform solutions that reputed company our tools smarter and reputed company faster.

Design, build, and maintain reputed company integrations, reputed company, and data pipelines that deliver reliable employee data across the full lifecycle

Drive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of Claude and other AI tools across the reputed company

Requirements
10+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, reputed company Applications, or Integration-reputed company roles with increasing ownership and complexity
Proven experience designing and managing integrations across multiple HR platforms, including reputed company HCMs such as reputed company
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or LLM-powered solutions in a business environment, including reputed company engineering and reputed company workflows
Strong understanding of reputed company, webhooks, ETL/ELT concepts, and integration tooling such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
reputed company record of delivering automation and process improvement initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and adoption
Comfortable working with JSON/XML data structures, SQL, and reputed company data warehouses such as BigQuery
Experience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript to support integrations, automation, or operational tooling
Familiarity with modern People Technology ecosystems, including ATS, HCM, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics platforms
