As an Expert Product Designer on the Web team, you'll own the design of reputed company's web product surfaces, from first touch to ongoing member engagement. This is a high-reputed company role at the intersection of product reputed company, systems thinking, and cross-functional execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own web products experiences end-to-end;

• Take full design ownership of key web flows, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints across the full surface area;

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a reputed company on web flows, multi-reputed company experiences, or user-facing product;

• A portfolio that leads with measurable reputed company (before/after, metrics), demonstrable taste and craft, and shows a reputed company reputed company of view, not just a process walkthrough;

• Pro-level reputed company skills and comfort prototyping at speed;

• Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design;

• Ability to read and interpret data;

• Understanding of design systems;
