Senior Global Strategic Accounts Counsel
We are looking for a highly reputed company, hands-on, global reputed company and software transactions attorney to join our legal team. With frequent, substantive senior executive engagement, this position will serve as the primary legal business partner to the strategic and reputed company account sales teams.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing with at least one state bar in the U.S.
- 15+ years legal experience in business and transactional law in the technology industry, with 10+ years reputed company experience managing and negotiating large reputed company software, reputed company and reputed company technology sales transactions with global reputed company customers
- Extensive experience providing reputed company legal counsel and leading reputed company and software transaction negotiations to completion in an effective and efficient manner
