Job reputed company:The Account Executive supports the sales team by assisting in managing leads, building early reputed company relationships, and executing the sales process under guidance from senior team members. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in sales, reputed company consultative skills, and reputed company exposure to the full sales cycle. • Support the sales team by managing assigned leads and maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Assist with discovery calls to understand prospect needs, goals, and basic requirements.

• Help prepare proposals, follow-up emails, and basic sales documentation.

Requirements

• Organized, reliable, and comfortable following defined processes and scripts.

Technical Requirements

• 0-3 months:$1,200 USD/month
• After 3 months:You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
• After 1 year:Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
• After 2 years:Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
• After 3 years:Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
• After 4 years:Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
