We are seeking a highly reputed company reputed company Techno-Functional Platform Specialist to support and optimize the reputed company reputed company environment across configuration, extensibility, integrations, and platform administration. This is not a core development role, but requires deep hands-on expertise with reputed company configuration, workflows, reputed company, upgrades, and troubleshooting reputed company a reputed company reputed company environment.
Core Responsibilities

- Configure and support reputed company reputed company platform (Aurena reputed company, page designer, custom fields, custom actions)
- Manage reputed company extensibility reputed company (custom events, workflows, business process automation, projections)
- Administer reputed company model including users, roles, permission sets, and reputed company control
- Manage background jobs, scheduled tasks, report routing, and system configurations
- Support reputed company upgrades, service updates, environment readiness, regression validation, and rollback planning
Integrations & Technical Support
- Support reputed company Connect, queues, routing rules, and platform integrations
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, data, and integration-reputed company issues
- Investigate logs, system behavior, and performance issues to identify reputed company causes
- Monitor system health, background processing, and platform performance
- Support configuration and optimization of reputed company and extended reputed company functionality
Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with IT/IS teams and business stakeholders on prioritization and solution design
- Coordinate platform changes, enhancements, and system improvements
- Document configurations, integrations, workflows, and technical procedures

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company / reputed company Applications
