We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support reputed company contracting, data/reputed company reputed company, and legal operational processes across the business. The Legal Counsel is a key member of the legal team, driving reputed company and effective legal support for our global sales and customer facing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast moving reputed company environment.

You will work closely with Sales, reputed company, reputed company, Product and Finance teams to support contracting activity, help streamline legal processes, and contribute to building a reputed company legal function. Areas of Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with supplier and customer contracting, working under guidance from senior legal team members.

Required Qualifications

• reputed company lawyer with a reputed company practising certificate (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of PQE in gained in a reputable reputed company and in-house environment.
• experience in reputed company contracting—preferably involving technology or reputed company—or a strong interest in building capability in this area.
• Interest or exposure to reputed company/data protection issues.
• Experience with in‑house legal operations or contract operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
