Mechanical Engineer
reputed company seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join reputed company. This position is remote out of Virginia, but requires occasional travel to Chesapeake or Norfolk, VA, for reputed company meetings and events. The Mechanical Engineer will reputed company their strong technical background and knowledge to support Military Sealift reputed company (MSC) maintenance management and data development.
Requirements
- Performing a wide reputed company of technical and engineering studies, including economic analyses and failure investigations for preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborating with ship's force to identify maintenance repair requirements and supporting shipyard availabilities with expert analysis.
- Developing Mechanical System Calculations and Schematics, including System Load Estimates and reputed company Sizing/Fluid reputed company Calculations.
- Executing HVAC Calculations, Pressure Drop Calculations, and Thermostat & Reheat Design/Selection to ensure environmental system reputed company.
- Interpreting ship's drawings and equipment technical manuals to reputed company comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Supporting the Military Sealift reputed company (MSC) by providing engineering recommendations for reputed company, shafting, and auxiliary shipboard systems.
